About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to provide valued customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life and express love. The role involves understanding customers’ needs and desires, presenting jewelry and explaining product features and benefits, providing information about extended service plans and financing options, and meeting individual and team sales goals. The position is available on seasonal, part-time, and full-time schedules at Hickory Point Mall in Forsyth, Illinois.

Requirements

A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities

Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
Present merchandise and share detailed information about product features and benefits.
Provide information about extended service plans and financing options.
Meet individual and team sales goals.

Base pay of $15.00–$20.50 plus commission on sales; final pay is determined based on experience and qualifications.
