About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to provide valued customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life and express love. Team members build personal relationships with customers, learn about their needs and desires, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, and provide information about extended service plans and financing options. They work toward individual and team sales goals. Seasonal, part-time, and full-time opportunities are available.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
