About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide a superior experience to customers. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant helps customers celebrate life and express love by understanding their needs, presenting jewelry and explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about extended service plans and financing options. The role is responsible for meeting individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
