About The Position

Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide customers with a superior jewelry-shopping experience. Jewelry consultants build personal relationships with customers, help them celebrate important moments, and share merchandise information, service-plan details, and financing options. The role includes meeting individual and team sales goals. Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.

Responsibilities
