About The Position

Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its Sales Team. Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants provide a superior experience to customers, helping them celebrate life and express love by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise, explaining product features and benefits, and discussing service plans and financing options. The role includes meeting individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
