About The Position

Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to help customers celebrate life and express love. As a member of the Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about extended service plans and financing options, and working toward individual and team sales goals. The role calls for a positive, customer-focused approach, strong communication and relationship skills, and flexible availability during peak retail periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
