About The Position
Zales is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to help customers celebrate life and express love. As part of the Sales Team, you will provide a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise, explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about extended service plans and financing options, and meeting individual and team sales goals. Requirements
- A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
