About The Position

Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to join its Sales Team. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers, helping them celebrate life and express love. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, providing information about extended service plans and financing options, and meeting individual and team sales goals. Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong communication and relational skills.
