About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its sales team. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers, helping them celebrate life and express love by understanding their needs and desires and presenting suitable merchandise. The role includes sharing product features and benefits, explaining extended service plans and financing options, and working toward individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
