About The Position

Gordon's Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its Sales Team. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about extended service plans and financing options. The role is responsible for meeting individual and team sales goals. Candidates should be customer-focused, enjoy helping customers celebrate special moments, and have strong communication and relationship-building skills. Flexible availability is needed during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
