About The Position

The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers, helping them celebrate life and express love by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise, and explaining product features and benefits. Requirements
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
- Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
- Present merchandise and share detailed information about product features and benefits.
