About The Position

Zales is hiring a Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant to provide customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life's special moments. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting jewelry and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about extended service plans and financing options, and meeting individual and team sales goals. The position is available on a seasonal, part-time, or full-time basis.

Requirements

• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
• Present merchandise and share detailed information about product features and benefits.
• Provide information about extended service plans and financing options.
