About The Position
Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to provide customers with a superior jewelry shopping experience. The role involves learning what customers need and desire, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about extended service plans and financing options. Team members work toward individual and team sales goals while helping customers celebrate life’s special moments and express love. Requirements
- A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
Responsibilities
