About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to help customers celebrate life and express love. As part of the Sales Team, you will provide a superior experience to valued customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about extended service plans and financing options, and meeting individual and team sales goals. The role calls for a customer-focused approach, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability to work peak retail hours, such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
