About The Position

Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to join its Sales Team. The role provides a superior experience to customers by helping them celebrate life and express love. Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants engage customers to understand their needs, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, provide information about service plans and financing, and work toward individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.
A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.

Responsibilities

Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
Present merchandise and share detailed information about product features and benefits.
Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options.
