About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its sales team. The role is responsible for providing valued customers with a superior experience and helping them celebrate life and express love. Team members build customer relationships, understand customers’ needs and desires, present jewelry and explain product features and benefits, provide information about extended service plans and financing options, and work toward individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
