About The Position
Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide customers with a superior sales experience and help them celebrate life and express love. Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants build personal relationships with customers, learn about their needs and desires, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, provide information about extended service plans and financing options, and work toward individual and team sales goals. The role calls for a positive, customer-focused approach, strong communication and relational skills, and flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
