About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring team members to help customers celebrate life and express love. As a member of the Sales Team, you will provide customers with a superior experience by learning about their needs, presenting merchandise, explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about extended service plans and financing options. You will work toward individual and team sales goals. Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
