About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life and express love. Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants engage customers to understand their needs and desires, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, provide information about extended service plans and financing options, and meet individual and team sales goals. The role calls for a customer-focused approach, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
