About The Position

Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life and express love. Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants engage customers to understand their needs, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, provide information about extended service plans and financing, and meet individual and team sales goals. The role is suited to people who enjoy building lasting customer relationships and delivering positive, customer-focused service.

Requirements

Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.
A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.

Responsibilities

Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
Present merchandise and share detailed information about product features and benefits.
Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options.
