About The Position

Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide valued customers with a superior experience. The role focuses on building personal relationships and helping customers celebrate life and express love by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise, and explaining product features and benefits. Team members also provide information about extended service plans and financing options and work toward individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
• Present merchandise and share detailed information about product features and benefits.
