About The Position

Zales is hiring sales team members to provide valued customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life and express love. The role focuses on building personal relationships, understanding customers’ needs and desires, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and providing information about extended service plans and financing options. Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants work toward individual and team sales goals. The position is available on a seasonal, part-time, or full-time basis.

Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
