About The Position

Zales is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to provide a superior experience to customers. The role involves understanding customers’ needs and desires, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, providing information about extended service plans and financing options, and meeting individual and team sales goals. The position is available in seasonal, part-time, and full-time formats.

Requirements

• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
