About The Position
Zales is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to join its sales team. The role is responsible for providing customers with a superior experience and helping them celebrate life and express love. Team members engage customers to understand their needs, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, provide information about extended service plans and financing options, and work toward individual and team sales goals. Requirements
- A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability to work peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and relational skills.

- Base pay of $15.40–$20.50 plus sales commission; final pay is based on experience and qualifications.
