About The Position

Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its Sales Team. Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants provide a superior experience to customers by learning about their needs and desires, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, providing information about extended service plans and financing options, and meeting individual and team sales goals. The role is focused on helping customers celebrate important moments and express love.

Requirements

Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities
