About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to help customers celebrate life and express love. As part of the Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise and product information, explaining service plans and financing options, and meeting sales goals. The role calls for a positive, customer-focused approach and flexible availability during peak retail hours.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
