About The Position

The Stylist serves as a trusted and knowledgeable advisor, helping customers select products that suit their aesthetic and lifestyle. The Stylist works with customers to discover and express their personal style and shows them how to incorporate Kate Spade products into their existing wardrobe. The role combines customer engagement and styling with sales and business acumen. It involves providing product guidance, building customer connections, supporting purchase decisions, and maintaining operational excellence in the store. Requirements

Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Prior experience in a retail environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
English proficiency or local-language proficiency, depending on the market.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days such as public holidays.
Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions.
