About The Position

The Sales Associate III, described in the posting as a Stylist, serves as a trusted and knowledgeable advisor who helps customers select products suited to their aesthetic and lifestyle. Requirements

Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Prior experience in a retail environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
English proficiency or, depending on the market, proficiency in the local language.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days such as public holidays.
Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions.
