About The Position

Drybar is a blow dry-only bar focused exclusively on blowouts. The Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative provides excellent customer service to clients in a fast-paced salon retail environment. The role includes supporting customers at the front desk, using a point-of-sale system, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining a professional demeanor under pressure.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, customer-service-oriented environment, such as retail sales, customer service, store associate, or salon associate work.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Technical ability and skills to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to stand and/or walk frequently for the duration of 6–8-hour shifts.
• Track record of providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with point-of-sale systems is strongly preferred.
• Previous salon or spa experience is preferred but not required.
