About The Position

A sales associate/cashier processes customer purchases accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. The role handles cash, credit, and debit transactions, issues receipts, answers customer questions, and maintains a clean and organized checkout area. It also provides information about retail shop and cafe services, supports guest orders and payments, and uses product knowledge and sales service to maximize sales performance. The position requires availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends.

• Complete opening and closing checklists according to standards.
