We’re hiring a Customer Service Associate who’s also excited to grow as a Phone Repair Technician—helping customers quickly get the right power, lighting, and Device Repair solutions. You’ll combine friendly Retail Sales support with hands-on troubleshooting so people leave confident and taken care of.
Requirements
- Strong communication, active listening, and customer-first mindset
- Technical aptitude and practical Troubleshooting skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced Retail Sales setting
- Able to lift automotive batteries and meet physical demands
Responsibilities
- Provide in-store and phone-based Customer Service and Technical Support
- Perform Battery Testing and Battery Installation (including Automotive Batteries) and support safe recycling
- Complete Device Repair and basic Electronics Repair with careful documentation
- Use Point-of-Sale to process purchases, returns, and special orders accurately
- Offer clear Product Recommendations and helpful add-ons while working as a team
- Checking the day’s pickups and repair queue
- Pivoting as customers arrive—some need quick Battery Testing, others want guidance comparing options, and some need a Phone Repair Technician who can explain the fix in plain language
- Keeping work areas tidy
- Updating order statuses
- Coordinating with teammates so handoffs stay smooth
