Requirements

1–3 years in customer service, sales support, or administration
Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot)
Comfortable with basic broadband troubleshooting
Self-motivated and accountable
Emotionally intelligent
Located in or near Rockland or Chubbuck, Idaho
Valid driver’s license
Reliable vehicle

Nice To Haves

Broadband/Telecom experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats with empathy, helping customers navigate their broadband journey.
Educate customers on high-end solutions like managed routers, Arlo security cameras, and mobile services to enhance their digital life.
Coordinate installations and maintain meticulous CRM records to ensure a seamless "Broadband-in-a-Box" experience.
Step out into the community at outreach events to share our mission and acquire new fans of our service.
Produce KPI reports that help us make strategic decisions to improve the customer experience.
