About The Position

The Sales Assistant supports the Sales Consultant and General Sales Manager and helps deliver an outstanding experience for Bowser Automotive customers. This entry-level role is suited to an organized, customer-focused person interested in growing within automotive sales. The position involves responding to customer inquiries, following up with customers and leads, maintaining CRM records, assisting with sales documentation and vehicle deliveries, and following the “Power of Bowser” sales process. Additional support is provided to the Sales Consultant and General Sales Manager as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, up to 12 hours per day.
• Successful completion of pre-employment screenings is required.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Pennsylvania Sales License, or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and promptly respond to customer inquiries.
• Follow up with current and prospective customers to support a high-quality customer experience.
• Use CRM tools to maintain customer relationships and generate repeat business.
• Assist with sales paperwork and documentation.
• Support vehicle delivery by explaining features and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage and respond to online leads.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records.
• Follow the “Power of Bowser” sales process.
• Provide additional support as needed by the Sales Consultant and General Sales Manager.
