About The Position

The Sales Assistant is an in-person, entry-level role supporting new home sales at Stylecraft in Copperas Cove, Texas. The position is presented as a career path toward becoming a Sales Executive, with hands-on mentorship and active training. The goal is to grow from assisting with sales activities to managing a sales community.

As the first point of contact for prospective buyers, the Sales Assistant guides visitors through model homes, helps manage customer relationships and appointments, and maintains a welcoming and polished model-home environment. The role requires working every weekend. Compensation starts at $18.00 per hour, with a $100 bonus for every home closed.

Requirements

• Background in retail, hospitality, country clubs, reception, or another customer-experience-focused setting.
• Organized and punctual.
• Valid driver's license.
• Available to work every weekend.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective buyers through model homes and help them envision the possibilities.
• Manage the calendar, set appointments, and maintain momentum with customers.
• Keep the model home flawless and welcoming every day.
• Participate in active training sessions intended to develop skills for a Sales Executive role.
