About The Position

Morrie's Auto Group is hiring a full-time Sales Assistant at Morrie's Minnetonka Ford in Minnetonka, Minnesota. The role supports dealership lot and vehicle operations by checking incoming vehicles and invoices, organizing inventory, moving and washing cars, and performing related tasks. Winter duties include clearing snow and ice from doorways and vehicles. The posted hourly salary range is $18.00–$20.00.

Requirements

• Be reliable and punctual.
• Have solid driving and parking skills.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Verify serial numbers against invoices.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and confirm accessories listed on the invoice are present.
• Assign stock control numbers to cars, and catalog and store keys.
• During winter months, shovel, sand, and clear doorways and remove snow and ice from vehicles on the lot.
• Shuttle cars to and from the dealership.
• Run vehicles through the car wash.
• Pick up parts as needed.
• Organize new and used lot inventory.
• Perform other duties as required.
