About The Position

Michael Kors is seeking a globally minded individual with a passion for fashion to work in a creative, fast-paced environment. The Sales Assistant supports sales and store operations by replenishing merchandise, assisting customers and sales associates, processing transactions, and maintaining an organized sales floor and fitting rooms. The role requires adherence to store schedules and sales and point-of-sale policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Replenish merchandise on the sales floor.
Perform stock checks for customers and to support sales associates.
Assist with merchandise floor moves and other visual tasks.
Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
Comply with sales-related policies and procedures.
Greet customers warmly and interact with them as they enter the store.
Respond to customer questions quickly and accurately.
Determine customers’ needs and direct them to the appropriate sales associate.
Assist sales associates in resolving client problems and complaints as needed.
Work effectively with stock and sales associates to provide a fast, seamless fitting-room experience.
Provide each customer with the highest level of service.
Keep the sales floor and merchandise neat, organized, and stocked.
Unpack, hang or fold merchandise, and attach security tags when needed.
Maintain the sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash wrap; process and run go-backs.
Adhere to the work schedule, including time and attendance requirements.
Comply with point-of-sale policies and procedures.
