About The Position

The Sales Arborist Representative provides tree-care expertise and sales support to residential and commercial customers. The role involves educating customers about tree needs, preparing estimates, developing plant health care programs, and building client relationships. The position combines outdoor fieldwork with office and field management responsibilities, including setting up and supervising crews assigned to customer jobs and assisting the District Manager in directing the team. The work site is on site in North Royalton, Ohio, with travel expectations of up to 25%.

Requirements

• Love of the outdoors.
• ISA Certified Arborist certification required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Regional plant and horticulture knowledge.
• Good people skills; self-motivated, computer proficient, and organized.
• Knowledge and experience with tree care, hazard tree evaluation, integrated pest management, and industry-approved tree care practices.
