Requirements

• 3+ years experience in mechanical design
• SolidWorks 3D CAD expertise
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication and assembly processes
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors Degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Experience with hydraulics, electrical systems, and machine assembly
• Production environment experience

Responsibilities

• Design and manage truck equipment layouts, electrical/hydraulic schematics, and installation plans
• Ensure all components are compatible and meet customer specifications
• Create and maintain DriveWorks configurators
• Mentor and support team members in application projects
• Lead custom and prototype design work
• Drive continuous improvement in installation processes
