About The Position

SPIROL is seeking an experienced Sales Application Engineer / Specialist to join its team in Danielson, Connecticut. The position is 100% onsite and focuses on helping customers succeed by applying SPIROL’s engineered metal fasteners to customer needs and applications. The role uses technical aptitude and solution-selling skills to identify and engage new customers, develop strategies to penetrate target companies with specific product groups, build meaningful relationships with customer advocates, and overcome barriers by demonstrating the benefits of doing business with SPIROL. Travel is based on business needs and sales objectives. The anticipated salary range is $90,000–$105,000 annually. The position is also eligible to participate in SPIROL’s annual incentive program, subject to its terms and conditions. Requirements

Engineering or Business/Marketing degree with strong technical aptitude.
5–7 years of sales or business development experience.
Ability and desire to travel based on business needs and sales objectives.

Nice To Haves

Experience in solution sales of direct materials or products into engineered assemblies and applications.
