About The Position

This role is for a Client Services Officer who will manage client relationships, prepare client-related correspondence and deliverables, and interact heavily with clients on a daily basis. The individual will also work with internal teams on financial statements and Net Asset Value calculations, maintain relationships with client contacts including investment professionals, auditors, and legal personnel, and manage special client projects and internal workflow to meet client deadlines. The position requires strong accounting knowledge of alternative investments and the ability to communicate effectively with various levels of management at large clients. The ideal candidate is organized, can multitask, and thinks independently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships with both client personnel
  • Review and/or preparation of various client related correspondence
  • Work with internal teams regarding client deliverables such as financial statements, Daily Net Asset Value calculations
  • Heavy client interaction on a daily basis
  • Maintain working relationship with all client contacts, including investment professionals, auditors, lawyers and banking personnel legal documents
  • Special client projects
  • Manage internal workflow and client deadlines
