About The Position

The Sales and Service Associate welcomes new members and guides them through the beginning of their fitness journey. The role builds genuine, trust-based relationships by listening to members’ goals, understanding their needs, and recommending personalized solutions to support their fitness success. It combines a passion for fitness with interpersonal skills to create a positive, motivating, and results-driven member experience.

The associate provides a welcoming and informative experience, supports new-member onboarding, answers questions, resolves concerns, and connects members and guests with appropriate resources. The role also helps keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe. The position offers eligibility to participate in the company’s Fitness Sales and Membership Sales Commission Plans.

• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• Obtain CPR and AED certification within 60 days of employment.
• Have flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Be willing to travel minimally for training purposes and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns, and connect members and guests with appropriate resources.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience by creating a welcoming, informative, and inclusive visit and helping guests take next steps toward their fitness goals.
• Support new-member onboarding and help members connect with fitness offerings through friendly greetings, check-in, and prompt attention to their needs.
