About The Position
Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners. Sales & Marketing Intern Renewal by Andersen Metro and Midwest Paid Internship: $18/hr + uncapped bonuses PAID WEEKLY. This internship is built for current students who want active sales and marketing experience, real consumer conversations, and an opportunity at launching a career in one of our 17 markets or 10 departments.
Requirements
- Extremely outgoing personality to engage with general public
- A resilient, goal-driven mindset (rejection won't slow you down)
- Curiosity about sales, marketing, or brand-building as a career path
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
Responsibilities
- Engage conversations with homeowners and build quick rapport
- Bring our products to life through clear, confident communication & scripting
- Responsible for qualified leads and scheduling in-home consultations
- Track your own results and present your growth to leadership
