About The Position

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to build referral source relationships in various settings such as hospitals, clinics, and senior-service related organizations. The role involves developing the market, working with acute care and other referral sources, and providing prospective residents and/or responsible parties with appropriate information and assistance to build and grow census and quality mix.

Requirements

Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in a healthcare setting required
Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales and marketing including partner relations, move-in paperwork, advertising, media, social media, and event planning
Proven success in developing referrals in a healthcare setting
Ability to exhibit self-confidence, enthusiasm, assertiveness, and a desire to succeed
Must be a team player and possess the ability to establish working relationships both internally and externally
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills
