About The Position

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Sales and Marketing Coordinator for Church Creek Senior Living. This role is responsible for cultivating referral source relationships within the community, including hospitals, clinics, and senior-service organizations. The coordinator will also focus on increasing census and quality mix by developing the market, engaging with acute care and other referral sources, and providing essential information and assistance to prospective residents and their responsible parties.

Requirements

• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in a healthcare setting
• Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales and marketing including partner relations, move-in paperwork, advertising, media, social media, and event planning
• Proven success in developing referrals in a healthcare setting
• Ability to exhibit self-confidence, enthusiasm, assertiveness, and a desire to succeed
• Must be a team player and possess the ability to establish working relationships both internally and externally
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, health care, or related business field preferred
