About The Position

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator for Oakley Courts Assisted Living. This role involves building referral source relationships in various settings such as hospitals, clinics, and senior-service related organizations within the community. The coordinator will also work to build and grow census and quality mix by developing the market, working with acute care and other referral sources, and providing prospective residents and/or responsible parties with appropriate information and assistance. Requirements

• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in a healthcare setting required
• Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales and marketing including partner relations, move-in paperwork, advertising, media, social media, and event planning
• Proven success in developing referrals in a healthcare setting
• Ability to exhibit self-confidence, enthusiasm, assertiveness, and a desire to succeed
• Must be a team player and possess the ability to establish working relationships both internally and externally
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, health care, or related business field preferred
