About The Position

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Sales and Marketing Professional for the role of Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Meadowood Senior Living Community. This full-time position involves building referral source relationships in various settings like hospitals, clinics, and senior-service organizations. The role also focuses on increasing census and quality mix by developing the market, working with acute care and other referral sources, and assisting prospective residents and/or their responsible parties.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in a healthcare setting required
• Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales and marketing including partner relations, move-in paperwork, advertising, media, social media, and event planning
• Proven success in developing referrals in a healthcare setting
• Ability to exhibit self-confidence, enthusiasm, assertiveness, and a desire to succeed
• Must be a team player and possess the ability to establish working relationships both internally and externally
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
