We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the daily operations of the Sales & Marketing team while helping create an exceptional experience for prospective residents and their families.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and social media platforms.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused with excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day Sales & Marketing activities, including handling inquiries, maintaining prospect information, and supporting the sales process.
• Manage CRM data, reports, applicant lists, waitlists, and related documentation to ensure accurate and efficient recordkeeping.
• Assist with planning and executing sales events, community tours, and outreach efforts for prospective residents.
• Support move-in and move-out coordination by collaborating with multiple departments to ensure a seamless resident experience.
• Conduct introductory tours, follow up with prospects, and prepare marketing materials, brochures, and move-in resources.
