Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural talent for relationship-building.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Self-starter attitude with a drive to learn and succeed in a fast-paced setting.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
  • Familiarity with property management software like Entrata, Hubspot, or Heymarket.
  • Social media savvy with an understanding of how to leverage platforms for marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to onsite teams by conducting detailed internal audits, ensuring all leasing processes align with established standards and expectations.
  • Adapt quickly to the unique needs of different properties, addressing specific leasing challenges and delivering tailored solutions to drive results.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with property teams to optimize leasing efforts, ensuring smooth operations and timely support on a daily basis.
  • Track competitor properties weekly, adjusting efforts based on market-specific trends to gather actionable insights for leasing performance and pricing strategies.
  • Conduct qualitative research of new student markets, exploring lifestyle trends and preferences to better understand unique market dynamics and opportunities.
  • Effectively present and report insights from market surveys, offering actionable recommendations to internal teams to enhance strategies and performance.
  • Collaborate with the leasing team to develop and execute marketing strategies to meet leasing goals.
  • Maintain accurate records in property management software and update leads and prospects.
  • Support outreach campaigns to drive traffic, including working with university organizations and local businesses.
  • Support on-site teams in creating clear and actionable daily operational guides that outline best practices and streamline leasing and resident management workflows.
  • Develop and implement audit checklists and system checks to ensure compliance, efficiency, and consistency across all leasing and operational processes.
