About The Position

Havenpark Communities is seeking a Sales and Leasing Agent to join their team. The sales team is crucial for filling communities by selling the lowest-cost path to homeownership. This role involves converting high demand into families finding a place to call home and earning significant income as a top closer.

Requirements

  • Documented sales track record with experience carrying an individual quota in a fast-paced, commission-driven role and meeting it.
  • Experience in environments like auto, telecom, cable, alarms, or insurance.
  • Demonstrated competitive streak (e.g., ranked in the top 5%, number-one month, region leader, president's club).
  • Comfort with high-volume, face-to-face selling.
  • Strong retail, hospitality, or service backgrounds.
  • Self-direction and follow-through in managing pipeline, marketing, and daily tasks.
  • Sharp with figures, comfortable with payment math, contracts, and closing details.
  • Coachable and team-minded.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.

  • Manufactured housing, property management, or leasing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Carry a sales quota, meeting and beating a baseline of 2 to 3 home sales per month, with commission tiers rewarding sales above the baseline.
  • Market inventory through Facebook Marketplace, social channels, listings, signage, and local outreach.
  • Convert high demand into closings by guiding prospects from first showing through a signed deal, ensuring an excellent buying experience.
  • Generate and work leads through follow-up, prospecting, open houses, and resident referrals.
  • Handle sales agreements, payment calculations, sales tax, and credit checks with accuracy.
  • Log every interaction in the CRM.
  • Sell in full compliance with Fair Housing standards and company policy.
