About The Position

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Sales and Leadership Development Facilitator within our Sales Training division. This position falls under our Corpay Payables line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will support three primary areas: New Hire Onboarding, continued seller development, and Sales Leadership Development. The facilitator helps new hires accelerate readiness while also developing frontline and emerging sales leaders to more effectively coach sellers, inspect pipeline and deal quality, manage performance, reinforce sales methodology, and drive consistent revenue execution. You will report directly to the Director of Learning & Development and regularly collaborate with multiple departments.

• Contribute to measurable improvements in seller readiness, leader capability, adoption, and revenue execution
• Program & Delivery Support
• Prepare facilitation materials, assessments, exercises, systems, and training environments
• Support scheduling, communications, logistics, and cohort coordination as needed
• Maintain facilitator guides, learner materials, assessment records, and program documentation
• Support in-person onboarding, sales leadership programs, and other training events requiring travel

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting Inside Sales, eCommerce, Field Sales, or multiple selling motions
• Experience supporting training across multiple lines of business
• Experience facilitating sales manager onboarding or sales leadership development programs
• Experience with coaching frameworks, pipeline management, deal inspection, or performance-management practices
• Certification or demonstrated experience with leadership and behavioral assessment tools
• Knowledge of adult learning, experiential learning, and modern facilitation methodologies
• Experience partnering with Instructional Designers and Enablement Program Managers
• Experience in payments, fintech, financial services, or B2B sales environments

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual and in-person onboarding across sales skills, products, systems, processes, and Corpay sales methodology
• Guide new hires through structured ramp milestones, readiness activities, and certification requirements
• Facilitate role-plays, discovery practice, objection handling, call preparation, and application-based exercises
• Provide timely coaching and feedback and escalate readiness concerns when appropriate
• Deliver continued learning and reinforcement for tenured sellers
• Support rollout and adoption of new sales tools, methodologies, processes, and GTM initiatives
• Partner with the Sales Leadership Program Manager to deliver sales leadership development programs, tools, and reinforcement
• Facilitate development for frontline and emerging sales leaders focused on coaching, performance management, pipeline inspection, and deal execution
• Build leader capability to identify seller skill gaps and coach to stronger execution
• Reinforce Corpay sales methodology, sales leadership expectations, and operating cadences
• Support sales leader onboarding, development pathways, and certification programs
• Facilitate practice-based sessions including coaching conversations, deal reviews, pipeline discussions, performance feedback, and seller development
• Support leaders in translating sales strategy into consistent team behaviors and execution
• Facilitate assessments and development tools such as DiSC, CliftonStrengths, 360-degree assessments, or similar instruments
• Reinforce leader behaviors tied to seller productivity, pipeline quality, conversion, and revenue performance
• Deliver targeted virtual and in-field coaching to reinforce seller and sales leader behaviors
• Observe sales activities such as calls, coaching sessions, pipeline reviews, and deal discussions and provide actionable feedback
• Reinforce coaching routines, sales execution standards, and methodology adoption
• Support frontline sales leaders in strengthening coaching effectiveness and driving behavior change
• Identify recurring seller and leader capability gaps and share insights with Enablement partners
• Provide reinforcement following formal training to support sustained adoption
• Partner with the Sales Leadership Program Manager, Enablement Strategy + Execution, Learning Design + Development, Sales Leaders, and SMEs
• Support preparation and delivery of sales leadership workshops, cohorts, certifications, and reinforcement activities
• Participate in content reviews, pilots, train-the-trainer sessions, and program enhancements
• Surface insights on learner progress, leader capability, adoption, and training effectiveness
• Help ensure training remains relevant to business priorities, sales realities, and field needs
